Auch hier ist mir der Name der Ehefrau nicht bekannt. Mathias Barbeln war der Vater von \u201cBr\u00e4tt Jiet\u201d, Margareta M\u00fcller, geb. Barbeln. Diese war mit dem aus Kirchweiler stammenden Mathias M\u00fcller, genannt \u201cBr\u00e4tt Max\u201d, verheiratet. Die Kinder dieses Ehepaars waren Christian, Josef (heute auf \u201cDen Mudenborn\u201d wohnend), Elisabeth Meier (genannt \u201cMeisch Lies\u201d), Matthias und Katharina.<br \/>\nDen alten Opa \u201cBr\u00e4tt Mathes\u201d, Mathias Barbeln, habe ich noch eben gekannt.
